Has anyone installed polyurethane mounts/1" body lift?
I have researched and found cons being the vibrations transferred into the tub with poly versus rubber.
Are the vibrations really that bad?
Does the poly eliminate any body roll?
Any feedback would be appreciated.

I vote rubber body mounts due to the vibration thing. Believe me, it gets old in less than 2.4 miles.

Moved this to General Tech since it's a question and not a build

Now what are you planning on putting these in?
Also, how is the rest of your drive train mounted?
IMO Rubber will be fine, but poly will last a long time and looks better.
My tub on my Jeep is welded to the frame via the boat sides. No vibration issues, but it is a trail only Jeep.

Body roll is in the suspension, (The body rolls to the outside in a corner) and is fixed with sway bars. (Which limit wheel travel off road.)

Thanks for the feedback. I have poly sway bar bushings ordered for front and rear. Bilstein 5100's on my wish list.

I did install a Daystar poly body mount kit w/ 1" lift. I am now trying to stop the squeaks. Aaargh!!!
I dropped the bolts back out and lubed the bottom side bushings at all metal contact surfaces and torgued the bolts at 35lbs. Still had squeaks.
I called Daystar today and they recommended dropping the bolts out again, apply medium lock tite and torgue at 45lbs. I will try that tomorrow and post results later.

Did as Daystar recommended but torqued to 50lbs. Squeaks are about 95% gone. I also lubricated all mounts with PB Blaster for added insurance. I still get an occasional squeak or creak when the body flexes at slow speeds.
The poly mounts do transfer vibrations to the point that I now am trying to figure out where they are coming from and how to eliminate some. They are worse at lower speeds.
I have already re-balanced the tires, checked the wheel bearings and made sure all front end component's bolts are tight. I previously had the ball joints checked and they were fine. I'm now suspecting the driveline had vibrations and the poly mounts have now made them apparent.

I made my 1" bodt lift out of UHMW rod. Never noticed a problem w/ vibes or squeaking.

Poly motor or trans mounts - now THOSE will give you horrible vibes. Have them in my Mazda and HATE them.
