That pretty much says it! We shoot pool on tuesdays and we have one corner that is a little tuff, but it's equal for all of us. The short stick has a purpose. Lighting is also important.

Get a short cue stick in case you are limited in space. I have a table in the basement, on some shots close to the rail you have to use the short stick.
