I want to make some brackets -- not for my jeep -- out of 3/4" black pipe. Each will have 2 bends, about 60 degree/30 degree.

How close can I get with a cheapo hydraulic pipe bender? Don't have to be precise, but they need to be close to the same, both in bend angle, and location.

..noooot sure that's going to bend sch40 blk pipe

Almost the same thing...

The term "schedule 40" originated when ASTM A120 existed and conduit was made from this pipe. A120 was cancelled many years ago. Steel conduit is not required to meet ASTM standards. For any future information, contact steel conduit manufacturers.

Main difference: Schedule 40 is pressure tested, conduit is not.

a guy that i was in a club with when i lived in tx. built an entire cage out of ''poo pipe''. every one ragged him but the big concern was saftey, till he rolled it end over end at about 45 mph comming off a jump. held up fine.

A 1" emt bender will bend 3/4" rigid conduit aka sch 40 pipe. It will also conveniently have marks on it for 30 and 60*. Fwiw.
That being said, with some practice it's easy to make repeatable bends on a pipe bender. I use small pipe (uncoated sch 40, not lowes pipe) and an hf bender for handles and gussets and such..to repeat a bend, measure the amount of shaft sticking out of the cylinder and match that the next time.
