OK, so I take the plastic "protective boots" off from the ends with the zerk fittings, assemble the thing. Mount it, and go to fill it with grease.
First end, I put some grease in till it looks "inflated" (I'm not 100% sure how to tell when they are full) from it's completely deflated state.
Second end as soon as I start putting grease in, it inflates a small amount, like 1/4 of the circle, and it starts squirting grease right out the side of the cap from the "form plug" (I'm guessing that's what it is, small rubber protrusion on the side)
Third one works fine, and the fourth one has the same problem as the second.
So my question is, should grease be coming out the small hole in the rubber grease cap/boot/whatever over the tie rod ends?
And also, how do I know how much grease to put in them?
