 Those are all cool!

Not sure we have any 4x4 themed ones... tree's up and lights are 75% done... will get the ornaments out this weekend and have to check. We do have a "Hot Now" Krispy Kreme one that lights up. :)

Too bad it only lights up when I walk in the room!!!

My little bro carved me a replica of my 77, painted it to match, and even added axles with the hotwheels monster truck tires. It goes at the top of the tree every year...I keep trying to get it to replace the angel, but the ladies in my life say no.

I doubt we are going to put up a tree this year. My 1 yr old boy David is now known as David the Destroyer. Baby proofing our house needed to include rewiring all outlets to be 5ft off the floor.

I do have a cool dirt bike and 4x4 truck ornament though.

hows about some official nc4x4 ornaments?

I love that idea! Hmmm...

 I feel your pain. Sara's 8 months old and already pulling up and along the furniture, after everything you don't want her to get! We've been putting only non-breakable (metal) ornaments below about 3' because of the dogs for... well, like 8 years now, anyway!

we should all send you guys an ornament for your tree.. That'd be cool. An nc4x4 tree..with a little different flavor from each of us....It'd be the perfect tree. :popcorn:fawsome, even!

Post up an address and get ready for a bigger tree , you guys:lol::bounce2:

last pic of stuff my mom made, Niantic Bay scallop shells from my hometown. Pic is crappy, they are hung in front of a light and they glow nicely. Maybe its just me, but everyone who sees them is like WTF?

The bird house and the Santa are on my tree every year. The Cow we got last year from a friend.

Delaney is 14 mo, crawling everywhere, pulling up on things and gets into EVERYTHING.

Put up the tree today. Already devising how to build a fence around it out of baby gates and presents...

Nothing fancy or "cool" at all, but this one is my favorite.
We have a nephew who is mentally retarded, and was in an in-patient facility for awhile. The second Christmas after we were married, he was allowed to leave and spend some time with us. We were decorating the tree, and discovered we didn't have an angel.
So, on the spot, we made this one out of supplies we had on hand (had no $$ to our name either)... a finished TP roll for body, styrofoam ornament ball w/ some strands cut away for face/hair, pin eyes/mouth and bread bag twist-tie halo.
that was 11 years ago, been at the top of the tree ever since. We've been given a "real" angel but this one means more to us.
