When I click on the attachment it ask for the URL. Im not sure how to get them from the desktop.

The image button is for linking photos that are hosted somewhere else on the internet. You want to click the button at the bottom that says "Upload a File"

Yeah I tried that also but it wouldnt ever open the file. I will try it again. Thanks for the input.
