i have a few leads on places but they are Raleigh or west. Living in Greenville, that isn't the most convenient.

Looking for someone decent that can fit my buggy chassis around Greenville, Goldsboro, Wilson, or surrounding area.

I've called 15 places and only talked to 3 actual people. All the other numbers were out of service or mailbox was full or wrong numbers or whatever. 2 of the people I talked to didn't have large enough ovens and the 1 that could do it was 4 weeks out and wanted $2200.

So, anyone with any thoughts of places other than heading to Raleigh area?

There is a place I pass occasionally in Middlesex Nc called Quinn Powder Coating on Planer Mill Rd

I have no idea of their capabilities or work, just a place I had noticed on way to a customer.

I talk to Quinn. Waiting to hear back from them on estimated costs.

So far Atlantic in Raleigh has my vote due to estimated budget and others have used them.

The place in New Bern is a little closer but they want $400 more. :(

im sure I wont have mine up and running in time. but what is the dimensions of your chassis? im still debating of how long to make my oven.

I'm going to be honest, I still think powdercoating a chassis is not a great idea compared to painting. The first time you need to change a bracket or repair a weld, you're probably going to regret your decision. I'm all for powdercoating hot rod chassis, etc., but anything that goes offroad and takes a beating needs to be easily maintained, just like racecars. If you do powdercoat and you care about appearance, make sure you get a powder color that can be matched to a paint color for touchups. It's usually easy if you get a RAL color code.

That's just my opinion. I have lots of them. :D

not sure about convenience, but whoever PJ (M&M) used for mine did a nice job
