Power train help for a YJ

I have a 95 yj with a 2.5 4 cylinder I am going to put it on 35 when I get the power I need. What I am looking for is something that will pull the 35s and have plenty of power on the road and off the road. I would like to do something that would not cause me to go broke putting it in and I could get the parts a little at a time. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated

I used to live in vale, up by Hulls Grove. anyway, you might as well go with a v-8 and be done with it. My 4cyl on 33's is a dog on the hills. Even regearing will only help so much, too much rolling mass

Thanks for the tip any suggestion of what size and make hulls Grove is just a few miles from the house
