any status on the shocks that you received from me on 31 May? I was told you could repair and turnaround time was 3-4 days. I also expressed the fact that I was an ECORS Racer and needed these back for the ECORS July 6th race. I'll be happy to share my entire Profender Customer Service Experience if you can not recall the many conversations about the status of these shocks.

So it takes 10 weeks to get parts for these shocks?

I don't know who you had the above conversation with, but it sure as hell wasn't me. My contact number... it would be the same one that was included with each of the shocks I sent you as well as the number I have given you every time I have called. That is incorrect. Depending if we stock the parts needed or not. If we do not stock the parts we could have them in a few weeks depending on shipping methods. We have a shipment that was sent ocean freight and that takes 4-6 weeks from the date it gets shipped. Air freight takes aproximately 7-10 days
