Hey everyone I'm new to the solid axle seen. Always been a Chevy fan and wanted to build something that could hopefully hang with the local jeeps on somewhat of a budget. Here is what it started as. 98 blazer bought just for the build.

How did you figure out the mounting point on the crossmember for the arms without the axle and arms mounted? I run a 44/9" combo with Radius arms as well.

I measured the width of the johnny joints when the radius arms were on the axle. made the x-member and centered the arms on that. then put it up under the truck with the x-member bolted to the arms and tacked it in after it was centered under the frame. hope this helps.

I have been contemplating it lately
Its fun spending other people's time and money on here via a post! Lol! In all seriousness, the back end is the easy part. There are at least 3 quality vendors on here that can hook you up with a package deal to 4 link it. The wheelbase and width make the S10's excellant wheelers. Obviously the drivetrain is an excellant choice. Since you are cutting out the stupid IFS crap that Chevy should have never put under them... It should wheel like a mouse with sneakers on all 4 feet.

Now you got me interested hurry up and finish so I can copy it with my 1st gen. :D
