New to the propane thing having problems with my line freezing up any sugestions on what could be wrong thanks
 
Were is it freezing at? Do you have water lines going to you regulator? Is the water in the cooling system
 
What type of regulator is it, you are running engine oil though the regulator and not antifreeze? That does not sound right, I can't believe you oil would get hot enough.
 
your regulator/converter should have coolant running through it. Also make sure that it is in a location where water is forced to flow through it. If not, or it is mounted higher then the engine, coolant will not move and heat up the converter.
