Yesterday afternoon the wife went by Wal-Mart in Burlington to get a few groceries. Normal stuff do it all the time. Later that evening she tells me about a weird happening. She says she had loaded her groceries and was in her Jeep when she was approached by a nicely dressed man who asked if she left 100.00 dollars at the self checkout. He claims he saw her in that area and wanted her to know that he turned it in. The wife told him it wasn’t hers and left. She says she noticed this guy walking out with another man. I told her it didn’t add up and thought she was getting set up so we went by Wal-Mart to see if anyone had turned in money the day before. When the wife heard no it dawned on her how close she came to being grabbed. Fortunately she is very aware of her surroundings and didn’t fall for this. Bare in mind this was 5:30 in the afternoon. The police are now reviewing the tapes to see how long she was being followed. I have no doubt if she had of gotten out of the Jeep she would have been grabbed. Scary shit! Pass this along to your wives and loved ones.

Damn thats scary, a clean well dressed man would lower a persons guard for certain. My wife shops that area often, I will pass this on to her. Thank you for the heads up!!

A guy approached my wife in the Walmart parking lot and tried telling her the front tire was flat and she needed to get out and check it. She smartly drove away and called me. There were no issues with the tires. Pretty sure the dude was up to no good. I told her I’d rather her destroy a rim than to take a chance even if it was flat. I can buy another wheel. Anybody that preys on women and children should be killed on site. No questions asked.

I'm a 56 year old baddass (overmiddleagedoverweightguy) who still has some kick left in him and I will not go to WalMart or anywhere else unless I am carrying and my head is on a turnstile. My hot wife travels all of the stores without a care in the world and keeps saying "I've got to get my CCW and start using it!" I've got her a nice 9 mil and it's still nice because it sits in the safe...

I liked this cause there is no other option but I’m glad nothing else happened and thank you for sharing. I will pass it on!

We've had several reports of the same thing at a walmart here. Scary, and sad.
