I need to buy a new power supply. My wattage requirements aren't outrageous. A good 350W might do the job if the rail wattages are right.

Looking for quiet and cheap, and long-lasting.

Yeah, yeah... pick two, I know.

Any suggestions? I haven't yet decided if I'm going to swap out the PSU in the big box, or just get something cheap to put into this other machine. The "small" computer only has a DVD-R, HD, Celeron, and a Radeon 7000 in it. So its needs are very minimal.

The Antec in mine is going well for the last few years, and it slows the fans down when it runs cooler, and vice versa. It also has fan outputs that are also temperature controlled.

"True430" or something like that is the name..

Yo,

Cheap and long-lasting? Hummm.... However, DELTA ...never had one fail. I have three workstations and they all have Deltas. The oldest is 10 years old and most have run 24/7 for years at a time with an occasional trip to the air compressor for a good cleaning.
