I'll be addressing a 24"long by 16" tall dent on a 1980 F150. It's right behind the passenger door,in the front of the bed. (The cab corner is OK.) under the trim. No scars, just looks like the truck slid into something.
How do I use one of those "pullers"? I think you drill a small hole in the dented area every 4-6", and pull the metal out.. Anyone have tips/suggestions on this?
I'll fill in w/bondo. What primer do I use for a quick rattlecan paint job?
Thanks

i would use etching primer.................are you talkin bout one of the slidehammers? if so, the way to actually do it is to use a stud gun...tacwelds little rods that the slidehammer hooks on

x2 if it it what you do is grind the paint of to the metal and tack on the stud 4-6inc apart and pull the dent out then take some dikes and snip them off the closest you can then thake the grinder and file them down smooth. then you bondo, sand, and paint good luck
