Here's your huckleberry! Either this of go to a mobile home lot and buy the smallest cheapest trailer they have and set it up where the double wide was. I am sure they would negotiate removal or have a scrapper come get it. You'd be amazed at what people will buy. Then use the trailer as your mobile man land!
