Quick question. Can not find the parking brake plate (rear disc brake dust shield) for my 4th gen Ram. None of the local parts have anything but for the front.
The closest thing I can find is this kit from mopar parts (here) which includes the spindle, greatly increasing the cost. I can get the shoe rebuild kit with shoes for parking brake for about 15 bones. And the dust shield for the 2500 series (readily available) is only 30 bones for the pair. So really hoping to avoid this cost.
Just posting this in case any of you have happen to replace this before and know of a good source or perhaps some of you know a good place I can look. I have checked all the major parts outlets, and rock auto and the typical popular google sites. Even went on carID as a last resort.
Here is a pic that shows the bolt holes for the spindle (4) and the three mounting bolt holes (1/4 inch, x3) and the offset wheel sensor hole.
