So I order a set of their new shocks and I was sent 2 correct ones and 2 incorrect ones. I am going to call tomorrow during their business hours and get it sorted out. I am wondering how easy are they to work with and what all information I am going to need. Ex. product numbers, order number, my soul, vehicle information.
