So I order a set of their new shocks and I was sent 2 correct ones and 2 incorrect ones. I am going to call tomorrow during their business hours and get it sorted out. I am wondering how easy are they to work with and what all information I am going to need. Ex. product numbers, order number, my soul, vehicle information.

They will send you a box to ship wrong parts back in.

They have always been ridiculously easy to work with for me.

They were quick and easy already got the correct shocks and the incorrect ones sent back. All it took was a 6 minute phone call and most of it was spent on hold.
