Seems I have lost the charger chord for my booster pack.

Is there a way to charge it without the chord? Like maybe hooking it up to a fully charged car battery or something?

A lot of the ones I was dealing with recently had just the single nipple cord. No?

I think it was even the same as my wifes dust buster charger dealio.

Just realized how I spelled cord with the H like music:rockon:

Thanks guys, I didn't know if I could just crank up the car and hook it up that way or not. I'll look for another cord. My battery charger went missing a while ago.

Hey Mr. Dylan, my pack died a while back, & got junked. BUT, I've got the AC converter plug [nipple], & the Cigarette charger plug. Can you wait til the Jamboree? I'll bring them for you.

Just because the end will fit doesnt mean its the right pack.

If you will look on the back of the wall plug in (Dylan I understand you cant you dont have yours anymore) it will state the voltage and amperage output.

A mismatch could damage the equipment or be a fire hazard...

Out of curiosity, I grabbed a handful of transformers/converters, I have saved, who knows why! I do have from AC 120-AC240 [?] AC120 - 9v s, at different mA.s. But the battery pack came with a "transformer" plug in AC120/6W in to output DC12V 200mA. Got another that is 300mA., so I'd say the 200 is pretty safe. The cigarette plug is just a direct plug in! I haven't checked, but thinking it would cost minimum $6 USPS shipping.

let me make sure this is right..you have several that could be the right one, but you are sure the cigarette lighter plug in the absolute right one?

If so, send me an addy and I'll send shipping.

I had no clue of that,so thanks for the heads up.

Your Close: I DO have the Correct cords/chargers, for the Battery pack I had. Bought it several years back from Northern. Yellow box, with built in flashlight bulb, & test/charge gauge. I think it was 400cca.
I should get it mailed to you tomorrow [Sat.].
