question for you computer gurus

I have a very up to date virus protection and ad-aware/spybot but I'm having problems with IE. Only on forums, I can go under a certain heading it shows that there have been no new posts since 3 or 4 days ago, but then I hit refresh and theres like 5 new topics. Everything else works fine but just on forums its like its giving me an old page for some reason. Anyone have any ideas? TIA.

i would try reinstalling internet explorer, possibly some setting got screwed up.

Click: Tools -> Internet Options -> Settings -> Check for new versions of stored pages -> Every visit to the page
