Quick Photoshop request

Anybody good with photoshop?

I've had to photoshop someone out of a 'family' photo and the work is 90% done. I've just got one lingering arm to fix that's bugging me.

If anyone can help it would be appreciated. I'll send the photo over on request. I don't feel like posting it up on here.
