Radiators, what is worth it?

Yeah, 195. I ran a 180 in my TJ for a while, and always had a black tailpipe but felt like it had a little more power, but I was about 18 years old at the time. Then put a 195 back in it, and power felt the same, but fuel economy seemed a little better, and it just seemed to run better. Kinda like when I went back to the stock muffler/tailpipe after running a loud-ass muffler for a couple years...

Aluminum eBay special but don’t spring for the electric fan, mechanical or oem e fans only. The ones in the eBay deals are low cfm usually. Unless you spend $300 for the fancy spal or derale 2 speeds. Also make sure the rad cap has the same pressure setting as stock

Also, I’ve had 2, the current one from ready cool is 3 inches wider at the core and same core height since the caps are top and bottom vs on the sides

There are really good aftermarket fans out there.
But they aren't cheap.
Cheap is rarely good.

Yep. One of the priciest parts in my turbo build was a fan for the radiator. But I needed massive cfm and reliability. It will suck your shirt towards the car through the radiator, intercooler and grill.

I bought a alum rad/shroud/e fan combo off Ebay when I LS'd Tonya's YJ and its worked good 6 years in.
