Raising Chickens

Butcher came today, lots of fat, I would guess about 80lbs of meat per pig (avg) and 20-30lbs of fat, but I haven't actually counted. I was busy today butchering ducks with the 75° weather, and shuttling pork up to my uncle's freezer.

Freezer pic is two pigs, minus sausage as he did that last.
