Random pic thread.

You will definitely ruin the bearings in a spindle with that if you have a haas machine. Speaking from experience, I used to use 5 thou endmills for tooling for a semiconductor plants dies. It sounds really cool right before it starts to spawl
Jeepinmatt has a secret weapon that saves Haas spindle bearings (and DTH bearings).

Lace covers made from salvaged boot tongues, reconditioned in used motor oil. Serves a similar purpose as pecker pertectors (Flat-biller killer reference). If ya don't know, ya don't know.

Ours finally burned up this weekend too!
Ugh. Friggin cheap chinese crap. At least the cheap chinese crap to replace it is also cheap in price.

I have 2 of these HobbyFans now and it's the best I tried so far:
Amazon product ASIN B0B17NM4ML
I also have this Injora:
Amazon product ASIN B09XMN5MPH
The Hobbyfans ones are a little faster than stock and have great low speed control and torque. The Injora is a little slower than stock and has even better low speed control and torque. Also, the Hobbyfans one has the correct screw orientation, so you don't have to swap out the motor plate.

For the Hobbyfans one on a JLU, all I had to do was trim the battery tray leg at the back of the motor. First cut was below the little step in the face, but that was too low, so go a little bit above the step where the red line is in this pic and should be good to go.

I think the Injora is similar, but its been a while since I did it, so it might be a little bigger. I just cut the leg off on that one I think.

Last day at the beach so we built the ultimate 24th scale sand course. It was the size of a small house.

Really starting to get annoyed at all the 'Winchester Gun XYZ' sites that are selling these rifles through ZELLE and Crypto currency only.
Sounds like a scam.

I added one to my cart before it went to Zelle last Saturday. Freaking scammers!
