Yea I hear you there. I'm waiting on the day I meet the snake that keeps leaving his skin in my little block shop in the back yard..... This brings gator picture reminds me of the time I went out with some friends on their air boat one evening. We were just sitting for a few minuets and then he shined a light around. The number of eyes was scary as hell. And I use to swim in lakes in FL all the time when I was young.

Been there done that! All of them staring at you!

Went to Slick Pig BBQ as suggested by the WOD crew. Pretty dang good ribs and smoked wings

Someone on the forum had 4 Warn 15k winches for sale. Before I could say mine @Croatan_Kid made the deal. But as usual was kind enough to sell me one at wholesale prices. These were all a little rough...

Got it apart sort of and left the rest in the parts washer for 6 months. Still had to cut the motor side drum support. A few bills to Montana Jacks and a few hours this morning and Tada...

This thing had been into before as bushings and shims were all sorts of wrong. The planet ring has the label for a 16.5, but the solenoid pack is for a 15. I dunno what I got, but it's heavy, has a fresh rebuild and works. Just got to spool the cable back on now.

I'm in the market for a 2013-2018 ram winch bumper now...
