Yeah! We got like 9 more cases of beer that morning.

That place was wild when the weather shifted.

We made it all the way south about 2 hours after low tide. It was sketchy. Out there exploring and fishing like crazy and enjoying a ton of smoked ribs I made at the cabin.

It was an impressive restock.


The weather out there is nuts. We were out there last fall when a noreaster came though. 60+mph gusts and over wash coming through the dunes into the cabin driveway.

If you were there all weekend on the north end at the channel, you might have seen us at sunrise. Me and two others made the voyage. We found a dead bull shark in the surf and pulled it out to photo.

The restock the day before was more impressive. It was 12 dudes. We wiped out the store… I think all they had left was a bottle of white wine.

We were north Friday night only. I think I hooked a shark that big that night. Could not turn him and finally broke off.

Was on that point until maybe 5 Friday.

Hate it’s so damn far from my house. That place is unbelievably badass. Can’t wait to go back.

Kids or no kids? What interests you? Disney characters and classic Disney movies? That’s Magic Kingdom.
Science and international travel? That’s EPCOT.
Star Wars, Toy Story? That’s Hollywood Studios.
Zoological and Avatar? That’s Animal kingdom.

Do you want to walk around with a beer or does that not matter? Magic kingdom only has certain sit down spots for a beer and you need to make reservations. The other parks have walk up bars.

Staying at a park has perks with added hours and easy transport. My wife and I prefer in order: EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom then Animal Kingdom. But enjoy all.

We have annual passes and seem to find ourselves there 1-2 times every 2weeks. Easy since it’s 15 min away.

No kids.
Was asking for my wife. She is meeting a friend who has Disney benefits and they are actually going Thursday
She chose Universal.
That would be nice being that close.
 
Universal is cool too! It’s more geared to the 15-50 y/o crowd where as Disney is all ages.

Funny thing I noticed about the clientele difference in Disney vs Universal is that there are FAR MORE people on this damn scooters at Disney. The Universal people are more “active” so to speak.

Better thrill rides at Universal, if you’re into that. Velociraptor and Hagrids coasters are a must do! And if she’s a Harry Potter fan, those areas are themed amazingly!

I haven’t been to the new EPIC park yet, but I’ve heard good and bad.

Universal has really upped their game. It started with Harry Potter and now the new Epic areas are pretty awesome. Im hoping to make it there this summer so I can check out Super Mario World.

Yeah, but the kid still deserved it 🤣

It's bewildering how terrible and disrespectful kids are these days. My son (9) was telling us last night about a kid in his class who got sent out of class yesterday, and its not that kids first time showing his tail in class. We get compliments all the time for how well behaved our boys are and how well mannered they are. Folks are like, i dont know how yall get them to be so smart. It takes them back when we say we expect it and if they dont they get their tails tore up.
