I stopped by the bucees in Florence last year and didnt see any barbecue they had some decent Texas style grilled meat though..

Started on a deck project at my parents house today.

Left the house at 3:15 this afternoon to get material from Lowe’s. Got back around 5 with a trailer full of wood and concrete and started laying it out.

Got the chance to test the new auger setup on the mini-ex

Man, that beat the heck out of doing it by hand!

This one was cutting it close, especially being on the blind side…

Worked like a champ though

Took about 5-6 minutes to do all 9 holes.

Came out nice and clean too.

A little bit of post hole digger cleanup and packing down the bottoms and we were ready for posts.

Then a couple hours of putting up boards and squaring and leveling and resquaring, and it was time for concrete.

Got everything set, done, and cleaned up around 9:30. Not bad for a little over 6 hours!

Other dude was cheaper, so customer went with him.
Shop dooder didn't realize there are axle shaft guides on JK front axles. Pushed them into the seals, caused massive leak and ran the diff dry.
How'd saving a few bucks work out for ya?

They guide the shaft. Duh.
Aren't you an engineer?
They center the inner axle shaft as you install it so it doesn't damage the seal. Sometimes they stay in the axle tube so when you reinstall, i'll wedge up against the inner seal and wreck it.
