Dang, that's got to be a relief.

Just kidding, it is a huge relief! (but not sure why the low coolant light is on. All fluid levels are correct, apparently except power steering, which decided to decorate everything around the reservoir with ATF+4 as it warmed up and overflowed)
Realistically it took about 6 months (pulled the body and the motor between Christmas and New Years), which is a long time, but not nearly as bad as the fact that the truck being out of commission for 14 months would indicate. Honestly I'm damn proud of myself for getting it back together without a single unidentified connector or extra bolt, no leaks, no issues, not even a check engine light! Especially considering that I swapped a pickup motor into a cab and chassis, and the motors are different.
Read the first line, looked at the coolant temp guage and said hes FOS.It was, but I forgot to add coolant, and now the pistons are melted

FIFY, I don't see any people in the crosswalk. This is America!
Sometimes the gauge won't show hot if no coolant is touching the sensor. Just ask the Bobcat T190 I used to have.Read the first line, looked at the coolant temp guage and said hes FOS.
I have no idea how the superfluous word found it's way into that sentence. Grassyass.FIFY, I don't see any people in the crosswalk. This is America!
This is America we don't give a $hit about pedestriansWTF? 3/4 of the people are stopped in the cross walk.

If the sensor is working properly, it should not read hot. It should read min scale - I.E. gauge 0Sometimes the gauge won't show hot if no coolant is touching the sensor. Just ask the Bobcat T190 I used to have.
