Random pic thread.

When you’re 35 years old and also work with 25-70 year old children things happen. Yes I’m a fill in supervisor (which happens a lot) and my crew decided to put my drive back and forth to work shoes in plastic bags filled with water and freeze them. I’ll also say the only reason they knew my locker code was because they got called in and needed a welding helmet, which I had my nice one in my locker and gave them the code to get it so I was trying to help out. But I can’t really be mad, we have a good time. I feel the love

Several years at my old plant ago a buddy left his new work boots (company paid for) in the shop truck over the weekend. I got called in. And they got filled with Great Stuff insulation.

Another buddy always left his hard hat laying upside down on the test bench in the shop with all his EDC stuff laying inside. Once it got screwed down to the bench with a self tapper. Another time I filled it with water with everything still inside and it went in the freezer overnight.

A glove full of anti-seize is always a fun time too.

I picked up a prescription at CVS today.
My copay was $0.94.
I gave them a crisp dollar bill.
They gave me my prescription plus 1 nickel and 1 penny.
I couldn’t believe it. They must not realize how rare and valuable that penny is.

I have noticed the penny theft has slowly disappeared…. Pennys aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. Unless pulled from currency. Stopping production won’t hurt for a long time. Only the taliban stores still try to play the game around here. Everywhere else uses change correctly
