Drove over to the island to check on our bridge progress. It’s crazy looking to have it covered in plywood and dirt to protect the wood surface. Side rails starting to go up. It’s rated at 80k lbs and measures 11’ wide between the rails. Even though it’s in private property it has to be DOT code in case a firetruck and such has to come save our house. I’m not complaining.

Kids had a teacher workday today so we went up to Hendersonville to an apple orchard then to the Henderson County Mineral and Lapidary Museum.
Last known picture before I cracked her tailbone.
This guy was not aggressive, so I took his mugshot then let him live.
The museum was friggin awesome.
The kids got to pick their own geode and get it cracked open and then have a mineral expert describe all the different stuff in it. (From $10-55 depending on size and type)
