re-gearing advice needed

The cost of the gears for the 8.8 verses the d35 is little. 8.8 is already in the stand waiting and set up for a TJ. Was gonna swap in into my cherokee. But would be less work to bolt into the wrangler for my kid..

Oh I understand what your thinking it just struck me funny from the first post to that other one.

In all honesty I probably wouldn't do anything to it. Let her drive it like it is, especially if it's a first vehicle.

I would, but I am hoping these mods will give her a little better mileage and enough to use 5th gear. Damn thing won't get out of its own way.

Yea. I have decided to go with the rockers first then see how it feels. If I am still not satisfied I'll install a cam and header. between those 2 I should gain quite a bit of torque and some ponies.
