re-tread some tires

Has anyone ever redone their tread before. I've heard of people doing it for a bit more life on thicker treads...

If your talking retreads Treadwright has decent prices. bought a set a while back around 400 shipped. Both on and offroad

tire grooving- you can buy a groover and do it your self

Xs 2 on treadwright. i have used this company a few times for tires on my trail rigs. ive been pleased. And one of the 4x4 mags did a test on them and came out with a high score for them.

Thanks for the info. Yes, I was talking about grooving some that I have. Now, I'm just going to sell them with the ford wheels....

wish they'd go back to their 33x15.50x15's doubt that's gonna happen. to hard to find carcasses that aren't f'd up.
