im not so sure, the way i heard the story was that she was a reporter interviewing the cast of a reality show. she told her producer she had a stomach ache and he said go on air anywyay, then the cast convinces her to get in the hot tub........and the rest is embarrasing history.

snopes says it's fictional, so i'll go with them on it. on one site, the title is "outtake from music video" so who knows who'd use that kind of shot.. lol. but there's points of a laugh track in it that have been dubbed out, there's also parts where the "stain and cloud" don't really go with the actress. 100% fake
