im fixing to buy a HEI distr. but i need to know if all HEI distr. are just a one wire hook up
really quick question

I am too drunk to respond more thoroughly.
no not all HEIs are the same some are on Gms some are on AMC, hell some are probably in BMW or some other conversion....for an old style HEI 1 wre will light up the coil on most if not all....but there are additional terms for tach etc
