Rear Dana 60 ??

Looking to see if there is any shops that would be able to bore out the spindles on a rear D60 to make it possible to run 35 spline shafts????

Thats right, stock is like 1.4 ID and it has to bored to 1.6. That is the same dimensions as a D70.

No bearing surface, just clearancing the inner bores to allow the axleshafts to pass through.
