i have a 4.0 Comanche i was wanting to know what do you use if you put the radeator behind the cab. plumbing wise thank you

I recommend regular baths. I am not a jeep guy but I have seen the reinforced clear nylon hose used to run to the rear of the vehicle for the coolant to go through and just a fabbed mount. My buggy has aluminized exhaust tubing run under the cab area and then uses these corrugated bendable hoses I got from Jegs to connect on the water pump end and then on the radiator side behind the seats.

lol thank so i can use exalts pipe or dose it got to be specel. can it be pvc

Be careful using exhaust pipe. It will rust from the inside out and that rust may end up somewhere it shouldn't.
Curious as to what to use also, seen a lot of people running it through the chassis tubing on buggies, what precautions are they taking to prevent this? Mine is in exhaust tubing and was that way when I bought it, I am wanting to change it also.

Get some fairly thinwall aluminum tubing and form a bead on the ends so you can couple to flexible tube at either end. Or run flex tubing all the way, but probably not corrugated because it has a lot of pressure drop for a given tubing size.

so all i got to do is take a bath and then yall will start talking to me lol thank you guys for the info and from what yall say its going to be alittle before i can buy the pipe. agin thanks

I've thought about using copper for this reason.

hey copper is cheap also so that would work. i just thought of somthing do you have a better water pump or can it be the stock one

That's the best if you got the money. Use copper bends as well and braze the joints. Seen a lot of high dollar race machines go this route. And use a lot of rubber isolating mounts as well.

Will probably never have to worry about it again. There's a couple write up's on Pirate for copper plumbed rear mount radiators.

I plan on doing this myself. Now's the time if you want to purchase copper. Copper prices hit bottom early this year and going back up strong now.

I used the chain link fence post tubing like 1.5 diameter for the most part and then factory radiator hose to connect on the ends

Properly mixed water/antifreeze will not rust the inside of tubing any more than it will the iron block engines that have been water cooled for decades. ...[emoji41]

@Naterade99 and @Brownsxj both did this in their Toyotas and ran some long sections of radiator hose from Napa that you can buy by the foot.
The Napa hose I had bought was HD 1.75 hose. It is a special order item I believe and I think I paid like 130$ for 20ft.
Naterade99 bought half the roll. 2 years later I walked into the Napa after him and bought the rest of the roll. It took an hour to find it haha.
