I think the only things left are Shock mounts, Flex it and Measure for shocks.
run thru and make sure everything is tight and torqued. Axle vent tubes, Traction Bars... put some Anti-Freeze in the tires, and a few other minor things....

Oh and find a D44 carrier and get rid of that damn welded front. That crap ain't gonna fly. I was feeling issues righ there in the gravel lot with it binding up. SCREW THAT!

Looks good Brent! I see you made a wheelie bar too. :D

Transporting large rolls of carpeting cross-country?

Hey Brent what flexible brake lines did you get? I need some longer ones.

I went to Kurtz oil in downtown Winston. brought some old lines that had fitting on them to make sure I got the right kind. And I told him how long I needed them to be. he had them 2 days later. I meant for him to reuse the fitting that I brought to save some money, but he used new fittings. cost me $90 for 3 hoses. and they are rubber. I personally would rather have rubber than braided. you bend and kink braided and that's it for that hose. the rubber will come back and be alright.

In comparison I had some made up in King at another place, and 2 fronts for the ZJ reusing my fittings were $35.

I am out to about 90" as I recall. Haven't gone back and actually measured now that it's all done.

As for my front I went XJ rears (actually all the wa around) and used the offset behind the axle. the short end of the leaf is basicalyy the same as the stock CJ.. with in 1/2" as I recall. so my steering is in the same place
