Somebody used to make these things. It mounts behind the spare tire on a factory Jeep spare tire carrier. I'd like to have one for a very lightweight aluminum rack. This would only be used for small coolers, chairs, beach bags, baseball bags etc. Anybody know if you can still buy them? If so, where?
How much do you think it would cost to have fabricated?
