I just moved to the area and am looking to get new 31-33" tires and a 2-3" lift. I bought my car before moving down here and am unfamiliar with shops in the region that specialize in Jeeps. Any info and recommendations are greatly appreciated, including where to find new/lightly used tires for a reasonable price. Thanks!

Not sure other than 4wheelparts if any vendors are in your area but they can help you out. I would check the classifieds for a used set of tires if you're wanting to save some cash. And welcome to the site.

Thanks! After looking at a number of forums it seems 4 Wheel Parts and East Coast Gear Supply are two shops in the region that people recommend. We bought a 1999 TJ (stock) just before moving here and don't have the time, experience, or space to do any of the work ourselves. Yeah, I'll start combing craigslist for tires as well.

x2 On east coast gear supply. I get a lot of my parts from them and they are always fair on price. Great guys

Join CNC4x4 and get the members to help you. They dig that kinda stuff. Hate to sound cliche but the satisfaction you will get from doing it yourself is priceless.
