Recommendations of where to get T-shirts made

I know we have talked about this before but I just wanted to get updated. Where can I get 20-30 t-shirts front and back designs for the cheapest?

Im looking for a t-shirt vendor as well.. I need to make 10 or so with three colors. I used customink.com to lay out the design, but they want $20/shirt to make them. If im going to spend $200 on shirts, i'd rather do it locally.

What does cafepress.com charge? I know they're expensive to buy, but wasn't sure what they charged the shirt designer?

We have our club shirts made there. They are located in Morganton NC.

Screen Printing costs (From my orders)

Set up / Art ( i gave them our logo and lettering) - $25
Tee Shirts printed Full Back and Left front pocket - $10 (Single Color in the front, Two colors in the back) Includes Tee Shirt
Same Thing with Long Sleeve Shirts - $12
Hoodys with just a signal color print on front - $18
If you order 24 or more you get a $1 off a shirts

Ours turned out Nice and Have held up well. about a week to a week and a half turn around on 30 - 40 shirts.
