Recommended cover up tattoo artists

I am looking for people's recommended local ENC tattoo artists that are good with cover ups, I have one on my chest that I want to get covered and want it from someone that knows what they're doing. So, any of y'all had personal experience that can point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance

The same here. Or you could just get locked up for the weekend and get a good jail tatt to cover it up.

Frank at twisted ink in Archdale did a fantastic cover up job for me. I will see if I can dig up before photos from somewhere and PM you later. Frank is highly recommended. Got to know him well in my 11 hours in the chair lol.
