Recording a Live Stream?

I want to record this show at 7pm, but I'm not sure if it's possible with a live stream? Any ideas?

Im a little late but you would need some kind of video capturing software. There is a program called Audials that will record youtube videos. Ive never tried to record a live stream with it though.
