Hi everyone. It's been awhile since I posted, as I have not done much to my farm truck besides drive him on the weekends.
Background on the truck; He was a two owner truck that was used on two different farms in NE Ga with 74K originals miles, and a lot of Ga red clay in every crevice.
He has the ubiquitous 350 (quadrajet) with SM465, NP208, Front 10B and rear 14B (SF), and the engine was not opened up until I replaced the top end. I bought him about 8 years ago with mainly driving and correcting farmer repairs to the wiring.
In June I installed Summit 165cc iron heads (72cc chambers), Lunati Barebones cam, reinstalled old school perfomer intake, new cheapy "billet" distributor (with lighter springs), 1" spacer, Brawler 670 carb, and topped off with dropped base 14" filter.

Picked up the SBC blocks from my Pops shop today, and dropped them off for cleaning. Checked the casting numbers to be sure I wasn't grabbing a 305 block, and one is a 400 (330817) and the other is a 010 350 block.
Besides grabbing blocks, I had lunch with my parents for the first time in 7 months, and blasted RCs with my brother and his goofy pup.
Definitely a good day and well worth the 440 miles driven today.
