Just got a Sunday-morning robo-call from the Red Cross.

Of all the times that you ought to have a respite from sales calls of any type, it should be Sunday mornings. We've been getting more and more lately on Sundays. Even if you aren't church-going, that still should be a respected quiet time. Maybe I'm old fashioned, or just old.

Anyway, I bothered to wait and talk to a rep...told her I didn't like it one bit and to pass it up the chain. And to take me off the calling list -- I'll give blood when I want from now on, not when they pester me on Sunday mornings.

Even better...I got one at 9:30 on a Sunday night!

And...they couldn't take "no" for an answer....just got another call from Red Cross, 30 minutes later.

GET OFF MY LAWN

....or something like that.

Red Cross has been doing some dirty shit here lately from what word on the street is!! Gatlinburg fire a lot of residents were saying they wanted Red Cross to leave bc they were trying to profit off of everyone's misfortune I'm not sure of details tho who knows!?

I don't pick up numbers I didn't recognize. If they need me, they'll leave a message. Sometimes red cross does, but I just delete them. They call a few times a week since I'm O-.

Technically they aren't allowed to call that late on a Sunday. 9pm is the limit.

That doesn't mean they don't, I have gotten calls at 8:00 am sharp on a Saturday and bitched somebody out for calling me early on my day off, and likewise when I get a call late at night. Trouble is the caller is usually some random guy in a call center in another time zone and doesn't is just dolled the call after it's dialed by an automated system, they don't know what time it is for you.

I didn't answer the Red Cross call today either because I didn't recognize the number.

Recently I got a call from Egypt! Didn't answer and they left me a voicemail. It was my doctors' office calling with an appt reminder. I guess Egypt is now cheaper than India for calls!

As I wrote up American Heart Assoc.. about a year ago, on here, & Facebook, Their Still calling. And the US attorney general "was" going to look into them & others. I Made Sure to send him My report. Like the rest, I don't answer the long distance calls, hoping they will go away! Friday I got a call, & I wasn't sure about the #, thought it may be my insurance co. I answered, & it was AHA. Pleasant lady, & I let her talk. After she was done I politely told her about the robo calls, for the past Year, & Her call [Different] was just More of their Stupid Shit I had dealt with before! For some reason, they think I'm at a different address, & that some years back I agreed to give out donations cards to my neighbors. They mail me the cards, & I had deliver them to my neighbors. I told them Last year, I have never lived there, Never accepted of given out the cards, & they'll Never get Anything from ME! Have a nice day, Bye!
