Reman 4R100 source recommendations?

It's looking like to meet my timeline on RumhAmbulance, I don't really have time to rebuild my current 2wd into a 4wd. So I'm thinking I might do some bullet biting and pony up for a reman unit and not have to think about it again.

There a large number of sources found by a quick search, all listing their upgrades and such. The problem is I know not shite about auto transmissions.

Does anyone have a recommendation?
 
I hear BTS is the place to go for a 4R100, but they're likely pricey.
 
Check rock Auto & your local trans shops. If you presently have a good 2wd, you can likely talk a good local trans shop into converting it to 4wd or swapping it out for a rebuilt 4wd. Food for thought.
