Removable Doors for XJ

This has probably been asked and explained before but whats needed to make my doors removable on my xj? looks like all thats needed is to drill out the larger hinge pins and use carter pins or something like it and wire a harness in place for the speaker wires and mirror wires. Is this the case or am i missing something?

What year XJ? Hadfield showed you the newer style.

yea they all look good ima get me some extra hinges and try it on those first before i demo my good hinges. lol
