Any tips, tricks, to get these off? I know they have cone washers and saw a video of whacking the arm in a couple spots. I'm heading out to try it so I can get the old ball joints out and install new.

A few well placed hammer hits usually does the trick for cone washers, if not a sharp chisel hit against the side works as well.
