Probably been answered but I've looked and can't find the answer....
I recently bought some H1's and I want to remove the run flats, I've got one wheel apart but no luck getting it out..
I'm running these on my F250 so I don't think I need them...

Use a engine hoist.

x's 2. works like a champ, lay the legs across the tire strap the insert to the picker and start pumping, they will fly right out.

Nice, thanks for the info.. I'll give it a go tomorrow..
Do you know where I can get the o'rings and new bolts locally here in NC?? I've found a couple of places online but the shipping is crazy..
Do I need the pilot washer, the wheel I took apart didn't have them but trail worthy fab says there pretty much essential in getting the wheels balanced for speeds over 30mph??

i never balance mine, no air soft bb's either. i dont see any shake but maybe i just dont notice it due to all the other noise and shake lol. i get mine from trail worthy fab. there is a thread on here on getting orings from other places like grainger? i think. i have neaver heard of the pilot washer?

Ok, these are the first set I've had, trail worthy fab is where I saw the pilot washers, they have a write up on putting the wheels together. One o'ring and three pilot washers were like $12, good price, damn shipping was $26 damn!!!

Engine hoist takes to long. Last time we did a set we strapped the tire to a bumper on two opposite sides. Hook a tow strap or winch line around the run flat and pull it out with a truck or whatever is around, tractors work pretty well too. You're lucky you're not going to run them, getting them in is a whole world of fun.

Nah can't cut them, might need 'em at later date, thanks to all for the suggestions, I'll get 'em out when I get back home.

I put a 2" ratchet strap on mine and cranked down until the two sides were about 5" apart. Then they are fairly easy to get out. Took about 15 min per tire.
