Rent A trailer?

I get my trailer from u-haul... They tow nice, and have surge brakes

45 a day with some tax.... Ive fit a grand cherokee on 33's on one with very little issues

Just for the record, I towed my 78 Cherokee w/ 11" of suspension lift and wide J10 axles on 40's on a Uhaul trailer. But you have to get the silver galvanized version. It wouldn't fit on the orange ones. And I towed it with a 1/2 ton Tahoe too! Broke all the rules...:flipoff2:

yeah sometimes you have to fudge on what your towing... I just always tell them a wrangler.

All fine and dandy UNTIL you're in an accident (regardless whose fault) and your insurance (both your regular auto & elected "U-haul" CYA variety) is defaulted because you were towing outside their guidelines... you *did* break the signed contract with U-haul!

when it comes to my insurance covering something, their guidelines don't mean jack, what is on the label on the trailer is what matters. i don't get their BS insurance, I made sure my INS company covers any legally registered trailer that i tow is covered under my policy. Which it is.

is that wat you use? I have an Xterra on 37's X'o cage it wieghs about 6k

Yeah. But read the details......
"Must have a maximum outside-to-outside tire width of 79.25"
Note: outside tire width over 75" must use late-model U-Haul Auto Transport (identifiable by silver galvanized color). "

I just barely fit btwn that 79.25" mark. Never would have made it on the other one. And yes, you might have to fudge on what you are trailering. I told him it was a 98 Jeep Cherokee instead of a 78... easy mistake. :fuck-you:

buy a new trailer and never worry again about junk axles. I speak from expierence

Jonathan is your xterra the silver one??? if so I wheeled with you last dec. at uwharrie

Jessie has one.

Jessie at 601 Stop has at least one if not 2 Uhaul trailers. 49N to 601S about 3 or 4 mi on left.

601 Stop

601 Stop is a gas station/ quik stop, general store on hwy 601 between hwy49 and Midland. He has a little bit of every thing from cheap gas to pinestraw and liquor cycles ( small scooters ).:driver::wheel:

What size truck is your tow rig? I have a 1500 Chevy with 3500lb helper springs and tow a 30ft 8000lb trailer with it fine. There is also a guy in Harrisburg that has u-haul trailers for rent. He is on the left on hwy49 just as you come across the county line from Charlotte into Harrisburg. He has alot of sheds and utility buildings for sale. The u-hauls are kept around back.
