Rental Car deals?

When I used to rent vehicles to drive back and forth to Michigan, I found the best deals to be at the airport rental agencies as opposed to one located around town. Most times even with the airport fees they worked out cheaper. I usually had someone drop me off there so I wouldn't have to pay for parking.

And we are doing Disney after Thanksgiving. Supposedly less busy, the weather is still good and the Christmas stuff is already up (wife's demand)

Seriously, it doesn't. those assholes got me a room in Oak Ridge for $75. I called the front desk to see if they had something better and they said, "nope, it's $75". So priceline didn't help at all. Then I find out @Jody Treadway called and they gave him $10 off because he was a wheeler. I didn't know I needed to mention that but regardless that website didn't do doodly for me.

Hotels are different from rental cars.
I havent had much luck with hotels either. And expedia/priceline etc all have a 15% commission. I can guarantee you look up a hotel on expedia call the manager and just say "Hey saw this for XXX on expedia I really hate dealing with them and know they rip you off as well. Will you take XXX -15%" and they will say yes. Every time.

Now on rental cars...Ive named my price as low as $15 for full size cars before with priceline.

I will say Priceline as well. Got a full size car booked for 5 days in Oct for a total of $102.
