Renting out a spare bedroom

My girlfriend and I are looking to share our 3bed 2 bath house. We both are extremely laid back and are the go with the flow type of people. Your room would be upstairs. You would have your own full bath. Pretty much the run of the entire up stairs being that the master bedroom is on the first level. House is located in a quiet safe neighborhood close to 311. We prefer that you don't have any dogs or cats being that we already have two dogs. House has a full functional fireplace, large flat screen tv, fenced in back yard, garage etc etc. all utilities are included in the rent. Digital cable in the living room and basic cable in the bedrooms. Our only requirements is that you are employed, have common sense and are trustworthy. We don't discriminate so if your blk, wht, green, gay, straight or a Sasquatch we will still treat you like everyone else. If this is something your interested in just shoot me a email and we can discuss more over a pot of coffee

All I can say is more power to ya and good luck.I value my privacy too much to take in a complete stranger.To be honest Id have a hard time takin in family,esp my crazy sister.
